Our consultants and principal consultants are the thought leaders of our consultancy practice. You represent knowledge, frameworks of thinking and experience in guiding clients towards strategic solutions to their core business and marketing problems.
You will be a thought leader, problem-solver, analyst, partner, teacher and guide to our clients and their internal teams. Your task is not just to come up with the solution, but to do so in partnership with our clients, showing them a process for thinking about and making strategically sound decisions so that, over time, they can do more and more on their own.
Apart from strategic skills and experience, you are a deep domain expert in your field, capable of helping clients put together plans and then determine how best to execute them, what to in-house and what to outsource, whether or not to use external partners and if so, how to go about selecting the most appropriate ones.
We are looking for experts in brand management, marketing strategy, sales management, creative and media strategy, CRM, e-commerce and performance marketing, social media and KOL management.
Experience and Skills
You MUST be bilingual in English and Chinese, able to read and create documents and comfortable with conducting business meetings /consumer interviews / research in both languages.
You MUST be based in China and have worked here for at least 5 years as a brand manager / marketing manager / sales manager / agency strategist for the consultant roles, with at least 10 years experience for the principal consultant roles.
You MUST have experience on both international and Chinese brands in China.
You MUST be well versed in the marketing services environment and industry in China.
